Triple Chocolate Pumpkin Hot Cocoa

So its not as COLD as I would like it to be in Phoenix, AZ we are still in the 80's and 90's in mid October, which is soooo crazy but, I cant complain. With the new season here I'm so Excited to start drinking hot drinks! Even though  I love my cold frozen slushy and iced lemonade I'm ready for a change.  This drink is my Triple Chocolate Pumpkin Hot Cocoa. I was in the mood for something sweet so I went in my cabinet to make hot cocoa and thought hmmm maybe I'll spruce it up a little with some vanilla extract and pumpkin pie spice and boy did it come out Delicious!


 List of Ingredients:

 1. Dip your cup in the Chocolate Syrup and make sure the entire rim is covered. *you can also do this in a bowl, if easier*
2. Crush the graham crackers and dip your cup in them. *putting them in a bag and crushing them with a cup is a lot easier*



3. Add the Cocoa Powder (2 packets) and Pumpkin Pie Spice( 1 teaspoon) and Water ( 8 oz or less or more for taster) *the more water you add the less chocolatey*

4. Add Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon)

5. Add Chocolate Syrup (1 tablespoon)


 Now add your Whipped Cream, Chocolate Syrup and Chocolate Squares

Simple Green Smoothie Recipe

I was in the mood for a Green "Smooth" Smoothie, so I made ONE:) I added the basics Greek Vanilla Yogurt, Strawberries, Mango's and Spinach. I wanted to try something different, so I sliced open a avocado and threw it in there! When I say this smoothie was smooth and creamy, I MEAN IT!!! The texture was so nice and the taste was just right. I used vanilla rice milk because that was the only milk I had on hand. Of course you can use whatever milk you desire(whole, almond, lactose free). I thought I would share my recipe with you guys so you can try it for yourself. Trust me the Avocados give it a great taste.......yummm! This smoothie is packed with vitamins and minerals to give you that energy you need to start your morning! So give it a Try:)

 Recipe:
1 avocado
1- 1 1/2 cup spinach
1/2 cup Greek vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup frozen mango's
1-2 cups vanilla rice milk

** Items and measurements can be substituted or changed for your taste**
